Week 6: 11th May 2020

Owen is becoming a professional baker during his time off - a Victoria sponge with extra cream AND a banana loaf this week!

Nancy enjoyed learning about VE Day this week and designed a fantastic medal

Andreea is spending her time at home practicing her Maths skills as well as lots of other fun learning activities

Ava Grace enjoyed designing her own box, made some lovely things for VE Day and has been enjoying getting out in the sunshine too

Amelie celebrated VE Day with a family picnic in the garden (with homemade scones) and learnt lots about her Great Grandparents and their stories from the time of the war too!

Melissa wrote about what she would put in her box and then created her own one. She has also been working hard on her times tables too.

Here's Kashvini helping to build the tent for her garden sleepover. She enjoyed making her Spring art work and has been busy with all of her learning activities.

Ava enjoyed the English tasks this week too and wrote about all the things she would put in her box. She made a lovely box too and made some bunting for VE Day. She had a picnic at home too to celebrate!

It looks like Eva had a brilliant birthday. What a cake! She even got some hair chalk so she could turn her hair purple! Eva enjoyed the Science this week and wrote all about what she would put in her box too.

Scott is really enjoying the Maths this week! He has been giving lots of life skills a go too like watering the plants (and himself!) and cleaning his mum's car too!

This week's learning...

And something just for fun... grow your own rainbow!
